Caesar Dressing Resep

Eggless Caesar Dressing • 1–2 cups mayonnaise • 1–2 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 2 anchovy fillets (or 1–2 tsp anchovy paste) • Juice of ¼ lemon • 3–4 garlic cloves, finely minced • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, to taste • Salt and black pepper, to taste 1. Mash the anchovy fillets with a fork until they form a paste. 2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and Parmesan. 3. Mix until smooth and creamy. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Toss with romaine lettuce and top with extra Parmesan and croutons. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
